After more than 21 years as Massage Altstetten, we have a new name and a new appearance. What has not changed is everything that matters.

The same practice. The same hands. The same approach. The therapists you know, the place you have been coming to for years, the care you are used to from us.

At its heart, Onuā is not new. It is the form we have long wanted for this place: clearer, calmer and closer to the feeling with which we have welcomed you for years.

You will see the difference on the sign at the door, in the new logo and on the website. But once you are lying on the treatment table, everything is as it has always been.

How your 10+1 package works

  1. Choose the duration

    50, 70 or 85 minutes. Eleven treatments of that duration, and you pay for ten: the eleventh is our gift.

  2. Pay online

    Pay securely via SumUp with card, TWINT, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The package appears in your account immediately.

  3. For you or as a gift

    For you and everyone in your account, or for someone else: we send the package by email and it goes straight into the recipient’s account.

  4. Book as usual

    In the final step, choose «With your 10+1 package» and there is nothing more to pay. No expiry date.

Questions & Answers

No. The treatments remain available until you need them.

A package is there to be used: it never expires, and everyone in your account can use it. That's why we don't refund unused treatments. If you move away or something special comes up, such as a long illness, get in touch: we'll find a fair solution together.

You and everyone you manage in your account, such as your children or your partner.

Yes, any treatment with the duration of your package: 50, 70 or 85 minutes.

In your account under «Packages», and in the final booking step.

No. Appointments at an introductory price already cost less, so you pay for those as usual.

Yes. Choose «As a gift» and enter the recipient’s name and email. If they already have an Onuā account, the package goes straight into it. Otherwise, they get an email and open their account using the link in it.
