After each treatment, we provide you with a reimbursement receipt, which you can then submit directly to your insurer.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly via OneDoc. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. For late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment price.

After the purchase and secure payment via SumUp, your voucher is sent as a PDF by email. You can choose whether the voucher is sent directly to the recipient or to you.

Yes. Our gift vouchers can be redeemed for a treatment at Onuā. You can choose a treatment duration or enter a custom amount between CHF 20 and CHF 500. If the full amount is not used at once, the remaining balance stays on the voucher.
