Your trust is the foundation of our work. This applies not only on the treatment table, but also in the way we handle your data. Below, you will find out which data we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.
We comply with the requirements of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; DSG).

2. Data we collect
We only collect data that is necessary to provide our services and operate our website.
When you visit our website, certain technical data is automatically collected:
• IP address (anonymised)
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL (where you came to our site from)
• Date and time of access
This data is used to provide the website technically and is not linked to you personally.
If you contact us by email or via the contact form, we store your message and the contact details you provide (name, email address) in order to process your enquiry. This data is not shared with third parties.
3. Appointment booking via OneDoc
Appointment booking takes place via the OneDoc AG platform. Your booking is carried out through OneDoc AG. When you book an appointment, your data is collected and processed directly by OneDoc.
This includes, among other things:
• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Date of birth
• Details of the desired appointment
In this context, OneDoc acts as the controller for the personal data collected as part of the booking process (account creation, appointment scheduling, use of the platform). In the context of the subsequent treatment and patient care, OneDoc acts as a processor on our behalf.
OneDoc operates a platform certified according to ISO 27001. All data is stored on servers in Switzerland. OneDoc employees have no access to medical or treatment-related data.

4. Voucher purchase and payment via SumUp
If you buy a voucher through our website, you will be redirected to SumUp for payment processing. The following data is processed:
• First and last name
• Email address
• Payment information (credit card or other payment method)
The voucher will be sent to you by email. You can also have the voucher sent directly to another person. In this case, the recipient’s email address is collected solely for the purpose of sending the voucher.
Your payment data is processed exclusively by SumUp and is not stored on our systems. You can find further information at: sumup.com/privacy
5. Use of your data
We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:
• Providing our services (appointment booking, treatment, voucher delivery)
• Processing your enquiries
• Operating and improving our website
• Complying with legal obligations
We do not create a profile of you and do not make automated decisions based on your data.
6. Sharing your data
We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary to provide our services (see the section «Third-party providers») or we are legally required to do so.
7. Third-party providers
We work with the following third-party providers:
• OneDoc AG: Appointment booking and patient management (privacy.onedoc.ch/de)
• SumUp: Payment processing for vouchers (sumup.com/privacy)
• Google Analytics: Website analytics (policies.google.com/privacy)
• Webflow Inc.: Website hosting (webflow.com/legal/privacy)
Your personal data is generally hosted in Switzerland. Where individual third-party providers process data abroad, this is done only in compliance with legal requirements and with appropriate safeguards.
8. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored in your browser.
These cookies are required for the operation of the website and cannot be deactivated. They include cookies for basic functions such as language settings.
We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. This includes recording page views, time spent on the site, device type and approximate location (based on an anonymised IP address). No personal data that directly identifies you is transmitted to Google.
When embedded services are accessed (e.g. the OneDoc booking widget), third-party providers may set their own cookies. OneDoc uses, among others, technical cookies (session, language setting), consent cookies (euconsent-v2, didomi_token) and statistics cookies (Google Analytics). By default, all cookies are enabled. You can deactivate all non-essential cookies at any time via the «Reject cookies» link in the footer of our website. Please note that this may affect the functionality of our website.
9. Security of your data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Our website is provided via an encrypted HTTPS connection. For appointment booking and payment processing, we rely exclusively on certified third-party providers with their own high security standards.
10. Retention period
We store your data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. Contact enquiries are deleted after processing has been completed, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.
For data processed via OneDoc, OneDoc’s retention periods apply. If you have questions about this, please contact OneDoc’s Data Protection Officer (dpo@onedoc.ch) or contact us directly.
11. Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP; DSG), you have the following rights:
• Access: You can find out at any time whether and which data we process about you.
• Rectification: You can request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure: You can request the deletion of your data, provided there is no statutory retention obligation.
• Objection: You can object to the processing of your data.
• Data disclosure: You can request that we provide your data to you in a commonly used format or transfer it to another controller.
• Withdrawal: You can withdraw consent you have given at any time.

12. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent (e.g. cookies, contact form) or for the performance of a contract (e.g. appointment booking, voucher purchase). Where legally required, we rely on our legitimate interest (e.g. website operation, security).
13. Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Massagepraxis und Therapie Center Zürich-Altstetten, Papic, Hohlstrasse 481, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland (trading under the brand «Onuā»).
14. Changes
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. The current version is always available on our website. In the event of material changes, we will inform you in an appropriate manner.
