What goes on your skin matters.
Your skin is your largest organ — and it feels everything. That is why we choose every oil with care. The base is always the same: cold-pressed organic almond oil from controlled cultivation. 100% natural, without additives, vegan and cruelty-free. Depending on the treatment and your needs, we use different oils.
We have been giving massages since 2005, and in our own practice in Zurich-Altstetten since 2007. Many people come to us after others could not help. We don’t work magic. We take time, listen and look for the cause before we treat. Because every body deserves someone who takes it seriously.

Our certified therapists are members of the leading Swiss professional associations for massage and complementary medicine: SVBM, EMR, ASCA and VDMS. This means our treatments are fully or partially covered by most supplementary insurance plans, without a doctor’s referral.
Exactly how much your insurer covers depends on your personal insurance model. We recommend checking this briefly with your insurance provider before your first appointment.
After each treatment, we provide you with a reimbursement receipt, which you can then submit directly to your insurer.
Therapists in training are not yet recognised by insurers. We offer their treatments at a reduced price, without a reimbursement receipt.
Don’t worry — you don’t have to choose perfectly. The areas help you get started, but every treatment is tailored to you individually. If in doubt, simply book by duration and we’ll clarify the rest together.
Our treatments cover a broad spectrum and are grouped into four areas:

Yes. Up to 24 hours before your appointment, you can reschedule or cancel it free of charge in your account; after that, please call us. If you cancel later or don’t show up, we charge a cancellation fee equal to the treatment price, unless we can rebook the time. If you have an accident or suddenly fall ill, we’ll find a fair solution with you.
After the purchase and secure payment via SumUp, your voucher is sent as a PDF by email. You can choose whether the voucher is sent directly to the recipient or to you.
Yes. Our gift vouchers can be redeemed for a treatment at Onuā. You can choose a treatment duration or enter a custom amount between CHF 20 and CHF 500. If the full amount is not used at once, the remaining balance stays on the voucher.
