Sports massage in Zurich-Altstetten
The full-body sports massage is our longest sports treatment: 85 minutes that work through legs, glutes, back, shoulders and neck in one session. It suits runners, cyclists, footballers, climbers and anyone who trains several times a week, whether you are building up to a race, in the middle of the season or recovering afterwards.
What happens in the session
We start by asking how you train, what you have coming up and where you feel tight or tired. Then we combine firm, activating strokes with slower, deeper work on the muscles that carry most of your load. Before a competition we keep it lighter and more activating; after hard training or a race we focus on releasing tension and helping the muscles recover.
Why a full-body session
Overload rarely stays in one place. Tight calves change how your hips move, and stiff hips pull on the lower back. Working on the whole body lets us follow these chains instead of treating one spot in isolation, so you leave looser, more mobile and ready for your next session.

Yes. Up to 24 hours before your appointment, you can reschedule or cancel it free of charge in your account; after that, please call us. If you cancel later or don’t show up, we charge a cancellation fee equal to the treatment price, unless we can rebook the time. If you have an accident or suddenly fall ill, we’ll find a fair solution with you.
After the purchase and secure payment via SumUp, your voucher is sent as a PDF by email. You can choose whether the voucher is sent directly to the recipient or to you.
Yes. Our gift vouchers can be redeemed for a treatment at Onuā. You can choose a treatment duration or enter a custom amount between CHF 20 and CHF 500. If the full amount is not used at once, the remaining balance stays on the voucher.
