After a stiff neck, my neck was extremely tight and I urgently needed support. Within 10 days, I went once to Sanja and twice to Ansel. I am absolutely delighted with both of them. They know how to adapt their treatment to the person in front of them and respond to their individual situation. Both are also extremely cheerful and friendly personalities, so much so that you want to go back for a massage just for the conversations alone — and Ansel’s jokes are great :-) My neck issues are now gone, but I will definitely be back and can warmly recommend a treatment at this practice. On top of that, they were even open on Easter Monday, and the online booking is straightforward. Many thanks to both of them.
I’ve been a regular client for quite some time and value the medical massage every time: highly professional and very effective, working deeply. The atmosphere is friendly, attentive and personal — and, importantly, discreet. I should really keep this hot tip to myself so even more people don’t snap up appointments. Absolutely recommended! Over the past years — or rather decades — I’ve had many different massages, but none was as excellent as this one. It was recommended to me, and it did not promise too much. The warmth with which you are welcomed every time is simply unbeatable. All my tension and other blockages were resolved in a lasting way. Top experts! I went to Ansel for the first time a few years ago, and again recently. Both times because of painful muscle tension. Ansel finds the points immediately and releases them with precision. No standard routine — the treatment is very individual. The procedure is extremely painful for a few seconds, but also extremely effective. I am very glad to always get an appointment quickly. I have been to Ansel twice so far. They were medical massages, so not wellness treatments. He was able to release the tension in my back and shoulders very well and very effectively. He achieves in one session what some other massage therapists need 2–3 sessions for. The supplementary insurance from my health insurer (CSS) accepted the treatments without any issue, as this practice is certified for it.
For me, it is not just a therapy center where I go to have my back pain treated. They also give me quality of life by sharing tips on how I can prevent back pain in my everyday routine. Thank you for always making me feel comfortable with you.
I came to Ansel for foot problems and relaxation, and I was always extremely satisfied with the massage and the service — so much so that I remain a client even though I no longer live in Zurich. The practice is very elegantly furnished and has always been clean. As the therapists are medically recognized, supplementary insurance policies cover part of the cost. Since Ansel sends the invoice by email, it is easy to submit it to the health insurer.
I really like going to Ansel when I have acute tension. Whether it’s in my back or hip, he accurately finds every area of tension and releases it directly. It can be painful at times, but it is very effective and always tailored individually to the specific complaints. I can recommend Ansel without reservation!

Our therapists are members of the leading Swiss professional associations for massage and complementary medicine: SVBM, EMR, ASCA and VDMS. This means our treatments are fully or partially covered by most supplementary insurance plans, without a doctor’s referral.
Exactly how much your insurer covers depends on your personal insurance model. We recommend checking this briefly with your insurance provider before your first appointment.
After each treatment, we provide you with a reimbursement receipt, which you can then submit directly to your insurer.
Don’t worry — you don’t have to choose perfectly. The areas help you get started, but every treatment is tailored to you individually. If in doubt, simply book by duration and we’ll clarify the rest together.

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel your appointment directly via OneDoc. We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. For late cancellations or no-shows, we reserve the right to charge the full treatment price.
